How it works
The rules, and what they cost
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
| who can post | anyone holding a position. Three proposals |
| | per position per round, 280 characters. |
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
| how a vote | one position, one vote per proposal. Four |
| is weighed | positions is four votes, and they can back |
| | four different ideas or stack on one. |
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
| what it costs | a few cents of gas. That is the price of a |
| | count nobody can edit afterwards. |
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
| when it ends | rounds have a close. An open-ended board |
| | fills up and the top idea is whichever was |
| | posted first. |
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
| what we can do | open a round and close one. We cannot vote |
| | for you, delete a proposal, or change a |
| | number. There is no function for it. |
+----------------+---------------------------------------------+
The board decides what gets built. It does not move money and it does not change a contract: it is a public count, and what happens next is us building the thing that won.
