What the product is

Each character's vault holds the positions that character has publicly disclosed, filtered to what exists on this chain. This mirrors disclosed holdings. It does not follow trades as they happen, and it is not investment advice.

What you are holding

Stock tokens give economic exposure to the price of the underlying security. They are not shares. Holding one confers no ownership of the company, no voting rights, and no entitlement to dividends.

Stock tokens on this chain are tokenised debt securities issued by their issuer. They give economic exposure to a price and confer no rights over the underlying company.

Where the product is available

The product is not available to US Persons. Access is blocked by location and there is no exception process.

The project token

The project token's utility is only available where the product is available. Anyone may acquire and trade the token, including from locations where the product cannot be used.

Acquiring the token from a location where the product is unavailable means holding a token whose utility you cannot use. That is stated here so the position is understood before it is taken, not after.
