Five sources,

Every basket is built from a public disclosure. Each source below was read against the live document rather than against its documentation, and what it cannot say is recorded beside what it can.
01The roster of sources
| Character | Source | Format | Changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| SAYLOR | Publicly stated thesis | A fixed allocation recorded in this repository | It does not change on a schedule. A change is a release. |
| CATHIE | Daily fund holdings file | CSV | Every trading day |
| TEPPER | Quarterly institutional holdings filing | XML information table | Four times a year, 45 days after the quarter it describes |
| PELOSI | Annual congressional financial disclosure | PDF. The index of filings is machine readable; the holdings are a document. | Filed once a year, for the previous calendar year |
| THE BORING ONE | Stated strategy | A fixed allocation recorded in this repository | It does not change on a schedule. A change is a release. |

02What a source can and cannot do
A disclosure says what was held on a date. It does not say when a position was opened, what will happen next, or what the holder intends. A basket built from one is a mirror of a document, delayed by however long that document takes to appear, and every page that shows a basket shows that date beside it.
Holdings come from mandatory public disclosures. Characters are referred to by nickname.
